Shipping Policy

At SHANZAY, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Dispatch:
Orders placed during working hours are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or public holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time:
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges:
We offer Free Delivery across Pakistan, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery:
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. You can pay the courier when your parcel is delivered.

Delivery Delays:
Although we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
